Restricted Countries List
Zelta (www.zelta.io) is an intermediary service Platform that provides its users with digital asset trading and related services.
These Terms & Conditions shall regulate the relationship between the following two parties:
I. Zelta, Zelta Global (also referred to as the Company, platform, site. website, we, us, our, or as appropriate)
II. Any person being either a natural person or a legal entity (also referred to as the Client, user, you, your, yourself, or as appropriate), who has successfully opened an account on or and agreed to the current terms and conditions during the registration process.
III. The countries where the local laws do not permit us to provide all or a portion of our services in that jurisdiction are collectively termed as “Restricted Countries”
Please be aware that different countries may have legislative constraints that limit the services that Zelta may legally offer. Accordingly, some or all of our services and functionalities within the Zelta ecosystem may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain residents of these restricted countries.
Zelta services can be accessed by global users, under the condition that the user is neither a resident or a citizen of a restricted country or region as stated below:
- United States of America
- Mainland China
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
- Crimea Region
In addition you are solely responsible for being aware of and adhering to any limitations and/or legal requirements that may be applicable to your use of the Zelta platform or Zelta services in each country from where you are accessing them. Access to Zelta and its services does not necessarily mean that the user activities through the services offered are legal under the user’s local jurisdiction, therefore, it is crucial for every user to understand their eligibility based on their location, residency and jurisdiction.
We may in our absolute discretion update the list of Restricted Countries from time to time without any notice to you. It is your sole responsibility to frequently check the site to familiarize yourself with the list of the “Restricted Countries” and immediately cease accessing our platform and services, should you be located in any of these countries or jurisdictions.
When you register an account on Zelta you agree that you are not from a restricted country or jurisdiction and that the local laws and regulations of your country permit you to use the services offered by Zelta as an intermediary service Platform that provides its users with digital asset trading and related services.
