Ad Astra Labs
MAY 2026
WHAT'S BEING BUILT
A grandma buying TCS stock
and a hedge fund placing
a dark-pool order share
the same settlement layer.
Ad Astra Labs acquired PocketBits, Zelta, and Blockend. We're rebuilding all three simultaneously on a single open-source, decentralised substrate. No company holds your money. No operator can see your orders. No black boxes. Made of math. Auditable by anyone.

Are my funds safe? When can I access them? +

Yes — your funds are safe. All existing balances across PocketBits and Zelta are recorded and guaranteed. Not a single rupee, token, or asset has been lost.

We are restoring access in phases, in this order:

  • ACTIVE NOW Support — submit questions via the form below
  • PHASE 2 Account access — log in, view your full balance, verify your holdings
  • PHASE 3 Withdrawals — move INR or crypto to your bank or external wallet
  • PHASE 4 Trading — buy, sell, and swap resume on the new platform

We publish exact timelines on this page every 72 hours. The next update is shown in the countdown above.

What happened to PocketBits and Zelta? +

Ad Astra Labs acquired PocketBits, Zelta, and Blockend. All three platforms are temporarily offline while we merge their codebases into a single, unified, open-source system.

The old PocketBits and Zelta ran on separate proprietary infrastructure. We are rebuilding everything on one substrate — Blockend — which is fully open source and decentralised. When the migration is complete, no company (including us) can hold your funds, see your orders, or freeze your account.

This rebuild takes time. We won't rush it and risk your assets.

Why is the codebase merger taking so long? +

We acquired three separate, independently-built codebases — each with its own database, user system, wallet infrastructure, and compliance logic. Merging them is not a copy-paste operation.

Every user balance, transaction, and asset must be verified and migrated to on-chain records. We are also rebuilding the custody model from the ground up: after migration, your wallet is self-custodied — we cannot touch your assets. That migration has to be done precisely.

We share progress every 72 hours on this page. No surprises, no delays without explanation.

How will I know when I can log in or withdraw? +

Two ways:

1. This page. We update it every 72 hours with exact milestones. The countdown above shows when the next update drops.

2. Email. Submit your email in the support form below. We will message you directly when your account access window opens — before we announce it publicly.

What is Ad Astra Labs? +

Ad Astra Labs is the engineering team behind this rebuild. We acquired PocketBits, Zelta, and Blockend with one goal: rebuild Indian and institutional crypto infrastructure as fully open-source, decentralised software.

No black boxes. No company holding your money. No trusted third parties. Everything we build is auditable by anyone, built on math rather than promises.

OPEN SOURCE
The code is public. The moat is adoption.
Smart contracts, FHE circuits, matching engine, ZKTLS proofs — all of it open. No proprietary black boxes anywhere in the stack. Fork it, audit it, build on it.

THREE PLATFORMS — BEING REBUILT NOW
FOR EVERYDAY USERS
PocketBits
Crypto, Indian stocks, gold, and savings — in one app. Only you hold the keys.
Think of it as a bank account where the bank can't freeze your money, plus a Zerodha where you actually own the shares on-chain.
  • Add money via UPI — no middleman holds it
  • Buy TCS, Reliance, Infosys as on-chain tokens
  • Gold (XAUT) — real gold, on-chain
  • Savings earning 4% — through open DeFi protocols
  • No KYC required under ₹5 lakh
FOR INSTITUTIONS + FUNDS
Zelta
On-chain prime brokerage with a dark pool where not even the matching engine can see your orders.
Order matching runs on encrypted data using Fully Homomorphic Encryption — the math finds a match without decrypting either side. No front-running. No information leakage.
  • COMPASS routing — 140+ chains
  • FHE dark pool — institutional beta Q3 2026
  • Current FHE throughput: GPU-accelerated, 500+ TPS by end 2026
  • COMPASS backstop — if no dark pool match in 30s, routes to best lit venue at ZKTLS-verified price
  • MPC self-custody — no custodian holds your assets
  • FIX API — sandbox available on request
FOR DEVELOPERS + BUILDERS
Blockend
The protocol both PocketBits and Zelta run on. COMPASS, LEX, and FHE circuits are being rebuilt on the open-source substrate.
LEX is a custom SVM-based intent settlement ledger — not a Solana fork. It provides a shared escrow, fulfillment, validation and settlement layer with 50ms block times and minutes-scale finality. Think of it as a purpose-built clearing house, written in open code.
  • COMPASS — 140+ chain routing
  • LEX testnet — access opening soon
  • Solver SDK — public beta in 90 days
  • FHE circuits — GPL-3.0 (copyleft — read before integrating)
  • COMPASS + LEX — Apache 2.0
  • ZKTLS oracle — MIT

FOR EXISTING USERS — WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR MONEY
Your balance is safe.
You will be paid for the wait.
We're asking for your patience during a full platform rebuild. In exchange: your existing balance moves to a wallet only you control — we can't touch it after migration. And we're compensating every user for the downtime. Here's exactly how it works:
STEP 1
We take a snapshot of every balance at the cutover block. Every rupee, every token recorded on-chain.
STEP 2
You sign a transaction to accept your new self-custody wallet. One click. Your keys, your money.
STEP 3
Compensation is delivered on-chain — the amount and formula announced at Phase 1 launch. Verifiable by anyone.
STEP 4
After migration, Ad Astra holds zero user funds. The platform cannot freeze, confiscate, or lose your assets.

FOR DEVELOPERS — LICENCES + HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
Build on the substrate. Contribute to the protocol.
Three codebases, three licences — chosen deliberately. GPL-3.0 on FHE circuits means copyleft: anything you build with the FHE circuits must also be open source. Read the licence implications before integrating into a proprietary product.
COMPONENT LICENCE COPYLEFT? USE CASE
COMPASS routing engine Apache 2.0 No Integrate freely, including proprietary products
LEX settlement ledger Apache 2.0 No Integrate freely, including proprietary products
FHE dark pool circuits GPL-3.0 YES Must open-source your derivative. Not for proprietary use.
ZKTLS oracle MIT No Most permissive — use anywhere
PocketBits frontend Apache 2.0 No Fork it, white-label it, build on it
LEX explained: Not a Solana fork. A purpose-built SVM (Solana Virtual Machine compatible) intent settlement ledger — unified escrow, fulfillment, validation and settlement. Runs alongside existing chains, not replacing them. Testnet access opening soon.
